5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
• You must provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days

Non-refundable situations: Account suspension for violations, duplicate purchases, or if more than 30% of course content has been accessed.
